Why ‘Mystic Sunrise’?
Each day as the sun rises we get another chance to reinvent our lives!
My name is Joyce Boudreau, and I love coaching. Coaching teaches us to look deeper, past what we think we know, to uncover our truest selves. As we learn release and embrace all of who we are, we are free. Free to keep reinventing ourselves, pursue and follow our dreams!
Creativity is a huge part of being a woman. We all need to give birth – whether it is to children or ideas. I enjoy supporting women who need to make changes in their lives.
- I will help you ReWrite the story of your life.
- I will teach you tools and techniques that will serve you well; long after our coaching sessions are over.
- I will support you on a journey of discovery
Insight into who I am
I am a 54 years old woman and have been a seeker my whole life. I have always been curious about our world and the people in it.
I have been married to my childhood sweetheart for over 36 years. I am a mom of 2 grown sons, their partners (daughters of my heart) and 8 grandchildren. Life has humbled and taught me a lot, both through the good times and mostly through the many challenges. Even as a young woman during the time I was raising our family I continued to learn. I challenged myself to grow, expanding and learning way past my comfort zone. That has not stopped
I love spending time with my family, I love to garden, spend time in nature, read, meeting new people and learning new things. I love moving my body through dance, qigong, yoga and quiet walks when I can.
I love herbs, I have used them for most of my adult life but in more recent years have begun to study them more actively as well as make my own herbal medicine, salves and skin care products. I now offer all natural skin care products that are infused with herbs our local Farmers’ Market.
“One thing I have learned is to always be open to inspiration,
but more importantly to be willing to act on it.”
I received certification through the JFK University in 2007 at the Ford Institute in California in three models of coaching; The Best Year of Your Life; Blueprint; and Spiritual Divorce. The Ford Institute was founded by New York bestselling author Debbie Ford who was both my mentor and teacher. I also have a Diploma in Ministry from St. Francis Xavier University. I also completed an in-depth course called Psychology of Eating taught by author Marc David, founder of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
I absolutely love working with people. I fell in love with the human spirit many years ago and have come to see how powerfully creative and resilient we are. I have over 15 years experience organizing and facilitating retreats and workshops. I am an experienced public speaker and I have been a member of a local Toastmasters International Club for over 6 years now where I have achieved both my Competent Communicators and Advance Bronze communicators award.
My greatest credential is that I am willing to walk the talk, not perfectly by all means ; as Michael J. Fox says:
“I am careful not to confuse excellence with perfection,
Excellence, I can reach for; perfection is God’s business.”
Hope to hear from you soon
